Please do not send detailed medical history, reports or images through this website. A website form is not a secure channel for clinical information. Bring your records to the outpatient department, or discuss them on the phone with the hospital.
Why we use it
We use the details you give us to respond to your request, arrange an appointment, answer a nursing admission enquiry, or call you back. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Your consent
We ask for your consent on the form itself, at the point where you give us your details. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using your details and erase them unless we are required by law to keep them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow up, after which they are deleted. Hospital medical records are separate from this website and are governed by medical record keeping requirements, not by this notice.
Who can see it
Your details are seen by the hospital staff who handle appointments and enquiries. We share them outside the hospital only where the law requires it.
